Rev Mlahleki Sokana is an Independent Member of the CDA board. He holds a matric certificate and is the Senior Minister for the United Methodist Trinity Church SA as well as the Managing Director of the Anti-Drug and Abuse Forum.

Rev Mlahleki Sokana also serves as a community and faith-based organisation leader, and activist in substance abuse and substance use disorder management.

He was the Nominated Community Builder for Free State: Substance Abuse.
