Ms Rachel Motsepe is an Independent Member of the CDA Board. She holds a BA Honours Degree in Sociology, a Diploma in Personnel Training and a Project Management Certificate.
Ms Motsepe currently works as a senior community development worker. She specialises in research, social transformation, stakeholder relations, strategic partnerships, gender mainstreaming, project management, events management, monitoring & evaluation, individual/ group facilitation and formalised academic teaching and learning/tutoring within the academic sector.
Her previous roles include being a Community Engagement Liaison Specialist for the University of Johannesburg, Senior Community Development Worker for SANCA, Christian Children’s Fund International, Women’s National Coalition, Vista University’s Centre for Cognitive Development and City of Tshwane’s Drug & Substance Abuse.
